Hale Moena Ohana is the second phase of a three-phase, mixed-use community for families and seniors in Kapolei, Hawai‘i on the island of O’ahu. Hale Moena Ohana offers 143 units of family housing for residents earning 30%-60% of the Area Median Income.

Keahumoa Place is located on the west side of the island of Oahu on historic sugarcane fields recently repurposed for housing expansion in the City and County of Honolulu’s plans for a “Second City” to provide convenient access to government services to the growing population and to create an affordable housing market.

It is the senior community of the master-planned Kamakana Villages developed in partnership with Michaels, the State of Hawai‘i‘s Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC) and Forest City Hawaii Kona, LLC (Forest City).
